I’m Steve Rolle, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my entrepreneurial journey, it’s that success on Amazon isn’t about luck—it’s about having the right strategy.
In 2018, I left the military with a net worth of $150,000 and a burning desire to create something bigger. Fast forward two years, and I was under contract to sell my Amazon business for $6 million.
Today, I’ve sold tens of millions of branded products on Amazon, built multiple successful brands, and now consult with & invest in up-and-coming Amazon businesses to help them achieve their full potential.

WHY I AM SHARING WHAT I LEARNED
I'm on a mission to fix the customer experience and drive efficiency
for companies that sell products on Amazon. As someone who used to rely on resellers for growth, I understand first hand the complexity of delicately fixing your brand on Amazon and maximizing profits while maintaining wholesale/distribution relationships.
By standing up an Amazon in-house team in my business, we set the foundation for what would be 10X growth in the years that followed--because no one cares about your brand and it's long term growth like the brand owner.
Having created the systems, hired 20 employees, and multiple agencies for my own company, now I see so many other companies that are frustrated--relying on resellers for their growth, unhappy with the way their brand is portrayed on Amazon, and powerless to do anything about it. You shouldn't feel like you have to start a whole new company to take charge of your brand on Amazon.
And that's why I started the Rolle Consulting Group. The knowledge and experience that I gained hitting my head against the wall is now packaged up in a consulting agreement to make it easy for the brand owners. I hire & train Amazon teams to be the in-house arm of the brand owner so that they have a foundation to grow on top.
